What is a WebRTC leak test?
WebRTC can reveal local or public IP candidates even when you use a VPN. A WebRTC leak test probes whether those candidates appear in your browser session.
Does a WebRTC leak mean my VPN is broken?
Not always — some browsers expose candidates that still route carefully. Treat an unexpected public IP in WebRTC as a signal to re-check: try another browser setting, disable WebRTC where appropriate, or re-test after reconnecting the VPN.
Is WebRTC the only anonymity check I need?
